2026–2027 Academic Year Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme Announcement

Applications for the Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme, implemented by the Directorate for EU Affairs and funded by the European Union, for the 2026–2027 academic year are now open. The programme aims to strengthen the pool of qualified human resources specialized in EU-related fields and to enhance the administrative capacity required for the effective implementation of the EU acquis.

All necessary information and documents regarding the scope of the scholarship, application requirements, and examination process can be found on the websites of the Directorate for EU Affairs (www.ab.gov.tr) and the Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme (www.jeanmonnet.org.tr).

The application deadline has been set as 4 November 2025.
