Researcher Training Coordinatorship Unit
Our core priorities include the institutional dissemination of research culture, the support of qualified knowledge production, and the systematic development of our researchers’ competencies. In this context, the Researcher Training Coordinatorship Unit aims to provide a sustainable and holistic training infrastructure for researchers.
Operating under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Gül Akdoğan and with the support of stakeholders—primarily the Project Development and Technology Transfer Office—the duties of the Researcher Training Coordinatorship ination Unit are as follows:
- Designing and implementing training programs on topics such as research methodology, data analysis, project writing, ethics committees, academic writing, and publishing
- Organizing information and capacity-building workshops related to national and international funding mechanisms
- Structuring certificate programs that contribute to academic promotion criteria
- Contributing to the strengthening of mentoring structures for young researchers
- Organizing events that promote interdisciplinary research collaborations
