Health and Counseling Services

Izmir University of Economics has a doctor and a nurse on call to provide medical services for students so they can have prompt services whenever they are in need. During the weekdays, the medical team attends to students’ needs, and make referrals, when necessary. Counselling and psychological services are also available by psychologists to enhance the mental, psychological and social development and well-being of our students. Clinical psychologists at the Psychological Development and Counselling Center (PDCC) meets students individually from 08.30 to 18.00 weekdays. The interviews are executed by weekly sessions and are based on a particular system.
