Visiting and Other International Exchange Students
Students who are currently studying in a higher education institution in other countries can apply to Izmir University of Economics to study as visiting students for one or two semesters.
The students can apply to our office by submitting an education certificate and a letter of intent in which they include the list of the courses they want to register.
Visiting students who will study at IUE during a semester or the whole academic year make the tuition payment on the basis of local credit hours of the courses they want to register.
Apart from this, international exchange students are accepted in the framework a bilateral agreement between İzmir University of Economics and the partner university. The exchange students are enrolled to courses and carry out the procedures in the light of the terms determined in the bilateral agreement. At the end of the study period, exchange students are provided with an official transcript in which all the courses they are enrolled are listed with their ECTS grades and credits.
