COMBINED BIOLOGY AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Noting that the project she prepared on caravanserais by combining biology and artificial intelligence was found remarkable, Assoc. I sent the project, I prepared to reveal the historical city connections through caravanserais, to two academicians who were previously entitled to receive the same scholarship in our country. They studied the project thoroughly. My project caught the attention of the authorities both in our country and in the USA. I was invited to the USA. Under normal circumstances, I could have been in the US right now. However, I had to wait due to the coronavirus epidemic that affected our lives.”
I AM VERY PROUD
Assoc. Prof. Varinlioğlu stated the following: “The Fulbright scholarship program is a very valuable scholarship that about 20 people from Turkey receives each year. Being among these people makes me very proud. I will not only do research but also teach in the USA, where will be staying for a year. All my research and living expenses there will be covered by the US authorities. I aim to complete my project by making the best use of this opportunity provided to me.”
