Erasmus Mobility

Erasmus students are welcome to spend a semester or year at IUE, as part of our bilateral agreements with partner universities.
After the official notification of the sending institutions via email, Office of International Affairs at IUE contacts the students and inform them about the application procedure.

Online application steps for Incoming Erasmus Students

Erasmus students are required to appy online in order to complete the enrollment process. In order to do this:

Step 1: Log in the online application web site by using the link sent to your e-mail address

Step 2: Fill out all parts of the form carefully.

Step 3: Upload the documents listed below:  

- Scanned passport size photo
- Learning agreement (approved and signed by the sending university)
- Official Transcript
- International Health Insurance

You do not need to send the hard copies of the documents
