FAQ for Faculty Members
- Make sure you're using the correct credentials. Enter your username and the password you set for your Oasis account. Be sure to check the case and make sure you're not pressing the space bar while entering your password.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Old data stored in your browser's cache and cookies can sometimes prevent you from logging in to Blackboard Learn. For instructions on how to clear your cache and cookies, see your browser's help documentation.
- Try a different browser. There could be a problem with the browser you're using. Try using a different browser and see if the problem persists.
- Restart your computer. Sometimes a simple restart can fix the problem. If you've tried the steps above and you're still unable to log in
- Send an email to tlc@ieu.edu.tr, including your username. Describe the problem in detail in your email and specify the steps you have tried.
- Log in to Oasis. (https://oasis.izmirekonomi.edu.tr/)
- Click on the "User Information" tab on the Homepage.
- Select the "Change Password" option.
- Enter your current password and new password.
- Click the "Change" button.
If you have forgotten your password:
- Click on the "Forgot Password" option on the Oasis login screen.
- Enter your username and click the "Send" button.
- A temporary password will be sent to your email address or mobile phone.
- Log in to the system with your temporary password and set your new password.
- You can log in to the Blackboard Learn system with your new password after 15 minutes.
When setting your password, please follow these rules:
- It must be at least 12 characters long.
- It must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 punctuation mark.
- It must be different from your previously used passwords.
- Your password should not contain Turkish characters or personal information.
If you're unable to log in to Oasis, you can reset your password by following these steps:
- Go to the Oasis login screen: https://oasis.izmirekonomi.edu.tr/
- Click on the "Forgot Password" option on the Oasis login screen.
- Enter your username and click the "Send" button.
- A temporary password will be sent to your email address or mobile phone.
- Log in to the system with your temporary password and set your new password.
- You can log in to the Blackboard Learn system with your new password after 15 minutes.
If you can't find your course on your Blackboard Learn account;
- Make sure you are officially enrolled in the course. Check your enrollment status on your Oasis account.
- If you've thoroughly checked your course and still can't find it, send an email to tlc@ieu.edu.tr with your username and information about the course you're experiencing issues with.
You can send an email to ybs@ieu.edu.tr explaining the issue along with your user information.
The course materials will remain accessible throughout the academic period of your respective courses. In case of urgent matters, you can email tlc@ieu.edu.tr or visit our center.
If you cannot find the recording of your class, click on the Panopto video tab. Then, on the page that opens, click on the 'Open in Panopto' button on the right side of the page. Click on the 'Browse' tab on the left side. Check if your recording is among the recordings of your other classes. If your recording is in the recordings of your other classes, select your class recording and move it to the relevant class using the 'Move' or 'Copy' button at the top. If you still cannot find your recording, you can send an email to tlc@ieu.edu.tr or visit our center.
You will have access to Panopto videos throughout the academic period of your respective course.

Right-click on the Certificate menu in the Occupational Health and Safety (ISG) course menu and open it in a new tab. From the opened page, you can save your certificate as a PDF.
