NAZLI ERAY, THE MOST RECENT GUEST OF TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION
She delivered a speech on “what is experienced while writing a novel, what is experienced while translating a novel” which attracted great attention by the scholars and students from our university and other universities in İzmir.
Having conveyed her experiences on the adventure of writing a novel as well as with translators from different countries, Eray gave sincere answers to the questions raised by the audience. Then the students waited in a long line to have Eray’s books signed.At the end of the seminar, Nazlı Eray promised to have a workshop on the translation of a part from one of her works of art.
