CONTRIBUTION TO SCIENCE
Continuing to work with the aim of raising young people with the knowledge and equipment that our country needs, Izmir University of Economics, also knows no boundaries in research projects. The number of institutional and applied research projects conducted by IUE academics reached 104. The total budget of national and international projects reached 103 million TL. As a result of the studies carried out within the University so far, 19 patents have been obtained, 9 utility models, 35 trademarks, 13 design registrations, 3 international, 6 national patents and 5 trademark protection applications have been realized.
