Application results for the 2024-2025 Spring semester Erasmus student mobility in the scope of 2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000206479 project were published on TurnaPortal.
Students who applied for the mobility can reach results on the system via their E-State passwords.
Below you can find additional information regarding the application:
- The application results for the 2024-2025 SPRING semester Erasmus student mobility for studies were announced on TurnaPortal.
- “Substitute” status: The students who are listed as “Substitute” could not be placed due to the lack of quotas for partner universities. If the students selected as main students waive their rights, students with substitute status will be placed in these quotas.
- “Could Not Be Placed” status: These students will have the right to make selections between the dates October 2- 4, 2024, according to the list of remaining quotas that the Office of International Affairs will announce.
- Mobility with Erasmus grant: These students are awarded with an Erasmus grant for their mobility activity, according to the grant quotas for faculties.
- Mobility without Erasmus grant: These students are not awarded with an Erasmus grant for their mobility activity, because of the lack of grant quotas for faculties. Students who will benefit from the Erasmus+ Student Mobility program for studies with zero grant should fill out the form “Erasmus Student Mobility For Studies Zero Grant Approval Form” which is published at https://oia.ieu.edu.tr/en/formlar and send it by e-mail to oia@ieu.edu.tr until October 4, 2024, at the latest.
- The students who performed virtual mobility will not benefit from Erasmus grant.
- The names and contact information of students who are selected for 2024-2025 Spring semester Erasmus student mobility for studies will be shared with their partner universities. Selected candidates must follow the application instructions sent by partner universities via e-mail. It is the responsibility of selected students to complete their applications to the partner universities. The candidates will also be informed regarding the processes of application by our office or the international office of the receiving institution.
- The students who want to withdraw their application are required to submit a petition to the Office of International Affairs via oia@ieu.edu.tr explaining their reason for withdrawal until October 2, 2024, at the latest. For the students who withdrew their Erasmus application without submitting a petition, there’s a penalty of 10 points deduction from their Erasmus score in their next application.
