Entrepreneurs of the Future are in a Camp
A busy camp program is awaiting the groups in “Entrepreneurship Camp 2008” that will be formed by being selected from six universities in Izmir and around, by kariyer.net. Students apply from Ege University, Dokuz Eylül University, Izmir Institute of Higher Technology, Yaşar University, Celal Bayar University and Izmir University of Economics will compete in groups in “Entrepreneurship Camp 2008”.
Embryonix Ltd. Corp. Director Özge Can Özenç stated that they set out for implementing the mission of “Making the students gain experience”, and said, “In this camp that differs from standard education camps and seminar programs, the participants first compete with other groups in an application asked from them. Later, they are trained by related specialists and trainers.”
Izmir Institute of Higher Technology student Çağdaş Özerşahin, who attended the last year’s camp said, “This organization which we had heard from Internet and attended was very successful with its different implementations and fields of application. As an engineer candidate participating in such a profound practice highly contributed to my personal development.”
The young entrepreneurs that will compete in different areas of Science of Business Administration during the camp will be trained by the representatives of the leading companies of the sector. Throughout the camp, their performance will be evaluated by the professionals, and they will have the chance to win beautiful presents. To the first group Vestel Laptop Computer, to the second group Sony PSP, to the third group Sony MP3 player will be given and many other honorable mention gifts are waiting for the participants.
The Entrepreneurship Camp sponsored by Izmir University of Economics and Texco Kipa will take place from April 17 to 20, 2008 and participation is free of charge.
