NO TO VIOLENCE IN FOOTBALL FIELDS
Prof Dr Seyhan Hasırcı, a Fan Expert of UEFA, who was invited by Altay Sports Club to Izmir due to the ever increasing incidents of violence in football matches in previous weeks, will be participating in a panel discussion hosted by Izmir university of Economics. In this activity, The Chairmen of The board of Trustees of Izmir University of Economics Mr Ekrem Demirtaş will also take part and speak. Sports fans will come together against violence in football fields.
The member of Instıtute for Sports Sciences at Landova University/Germany Prof Dr Hasırcı came to İzmir to initiate an application named Fun coaching fan training, will inform us of ways of prevention of violence in sports fields. Prof Dr Hasırcı has participated in activities concerning ‘Fan Projects’ and ‘The Precautions to be taken against Violence in Sports’ in the last decade in Europe, and he’ll give some solutions in respect to the problems of violence that keep on increasing in sports fields in Turkey.
Besides Altay, Bucaspor, Göztepe, Karşıyaka, Izmirspor and Altınordu clubs’ fan representatives are invited to this panel discussion, which is open to all sports fans and it will take place on Friday, 17th of December at Izmir University of Economics.
