Continuing Education Center Director Asst. Prof. Mehmet Süleyman Ünlütürk made the opening speech and presented the certificates of program trainers made up of academicians and sector representatives Betül Arısoy, Meral Çapa, Yalvaç Aysu, Muammer Kantar, Mustafa Meriç, Erol Aslan, Nur Çağla Sungur, Serhan Menteşe, Dr. Şule Kırkık, Taylan Demirkaya, Bengü Sevil Oflaç Tuğba Örten, Şener Öztürk, Erdinç Altınyeleklioğlu, Nusret Mısırlı, Öznel Çetinel, Asst. Prof. Ercan Duygulu, Bülent Limon, Hidayet Mavi, Kaan Uyuğ and IUE Centers Coordinator Özge Can Özenç.
IUE Board of Trustees President Ekrem Demirtaş congratulated the trainees that received certificate and said, "While thinking what to do about the sector in the committee, we set forth with a newspaper advertisement by taking educated employee lack into account. However, paying 350 TL fee was hard for many people in the financial crisis. As ITO, we supported this program and offered it free of charge. Our support continues throughout the crisis. Besides, we plan to offer undergraduate and graduate programs in insurance at the university.”
After the speeches, 311 candidates who successfully completed 95-hour program in two months received their certificates. IUE Board of Trustees President Ekrem Demirtaş congratulated Aslı Kansoy (1st), Melis Palen (2nd) and Mustafa Engin Deryaaşan’a (3rd) who scored top three in the program and gave presents to them.
