THE REAL REPUTATION OF THE COMPANIES IS THEIR CAPITALS
In the conference that took place in IUE Conference Hall, Salim Kadıbeşegil mentioned the importance of crisis management in public relations. Kadıbeşegil told the students to develop themselves continuously and make a road map; he said, "The companies have road maps. You have to have one too. Set goals for yourself and work in that direction. Make green and red list each year. In red list, there should be the things you have to do, and in green list, there should be the things you have to maintain."
Kadıbeşegil, who worked on strategic communication management and corporate reputation and who has 6 books on that field said “The reasons that put companies in crisis are clear. The companies that take wrong decisions struggle a lot. The most important thing in here is reputation. You have to maintain that and get out of that crisis with minimum damage.” After the conference, the students gave a hat to as a gift to Salim Kadıbeşegil in memory of the day.
