Famous Textile Designer Gönül Paksoy Told about her Works
Paksoy, who is regarded as the best collage designer of the century by the art critics shared the collection formed by the archeological relics of the Anatolian civilizations and her works she presented in an interdisciplinary section as a renaissance artist in the scope of “Sustainability Concept in Design”.
She emphasized the importance of the organic and non-waste products in a field like textile which leaves so much waste. Paksoy told that the sources had to be protected and we had to be conscious of the different cultural values as well as our own culture.
