STRONG PARTNERSHIP IN EDUCATION
Trainings provided by collaboration with Izmir Chamber of Commerce, Education and Health Foundation and Continuous Education Centre (EKOSEM) contribute a lot to companies and individuals.
In 2010, total of 186 people received certificates in 9 training programs whereas in 2011 total of 604 people received their certificates in 35 training programs provided by the Foundation in Alsancak training centres. Izmir Chamber of Commerce Education and Health Foundation has many certificate programs on various subjects such as Entrepreneurship, Logistics Management, Time Management, Elocution and Communication Skills, and the Foundation will focus its attention on more training programs with collaboration of EKOSEM in 2012.
EKOSEM Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Yiğit Kazançoğlu indicates that EKOSEM provides a large spectrum of training programs to different sectors every year and has said that, “The training programs we offer with the collaboration of Education and Health Foundation has made a big move. In 2010, only 9 certificate programs have been offered whereas this year we have reached more people from different sectors with 35 programs. In total, 2000 people have been given certificates by EKOSEM. Our purpose in 2012 is to educate even more people by differentiating training programs.”

Specialization Areas in Foreign Trade, INCOTERMS®, Specialization in Foreign Trade, Real Estate Brokerage, Time Management, Human Resources Training, Retail Sales, Finding New Customers and Increasing Sales, Communication with Foreign Market Workshop, How to Do a Market Research, Efficient Management Processes, English, How to Convince a Customer in Foreign Market, How to Prepare a KOSGEB Project, Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, Pricing in Export, Implementation Element in Export, Elocution, Rhetoric and Communication Skills, Realty Counselling, English for International Trade, Social Security Institution and Business Law Training, and Credit Training.
