CAME BACK WITH TWO AWARDS

Psychology Department research associate Emine Akman and post-graduate student Yalçın Akın Duyan, have received second prize and third prize in verbal statement category at the 5th Congress of the Psychology Graduate Students hosted by Istanbul Doğuş University.
Emine Akman received the second prize with “Hemispheric Asymmetry in Evaluating Male Attraction and Status” while Yalçın Akın Duyan received the third prize with “Hemispheric Asymmetry in Perception Speed of Canonical and Non-Canonical Images of Objects” among 55 other verbal statements in the congress.
Emine Akman pointed out that the congress had brought the psychology department academicians and post-graduate students in Turkiye together. She stated, “It was very important for us to make presentations in this congress and receive two awards. I am honoured to represent our university”.
