VISIT OF THANKS FROM SULTANS OF THE NET TO THE PRESIDENT DEMİRTAŞ
Having got the chance of being in the second league, at the end of Aroma Ladies Volleyball 3rd League Play-off competitions Izmir University of Economics Ladies Volleyball Team visited Board of Trustees President Ekrem Demirtaş at his Office.
Without losing a set in Ankara play off competitions and completing the league as champion, Izmir University of Economics Ladies Volleyball Team appreciated Ekrem Demirtaş for his supports to sports club. Having performed a great performance between 12 teams, IUE Ladies Volleyball Team represented the President Ekrem Demirtaş, Premium, plaque and championship cup given by Volleyball Federation.
Having draw attention to not only the success of students at volleyball but also at their courses, the president Demirtaş congratulated the students and said ‘’we supported sports as Izmir University of Economics and Izmir Chamber of Commerce. But education is more important than sports for me. I congratulate them not only for their success at the sports but also at their courses. I believe they will show the same performance in the second league.’’
