World Mathematics and Pi Day will be celebrated this year with the eighth edition of the event organized by the Department of Mathematics at İzmir University of Economics. The event will take place on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 14:00 in the D Multi-Purpose Hall.
Prof. Dr. Ayhan Aydın from Atılım University and Prof. Dr. Oktay Pashaev from İzmir Institute of Technology will participate as invited speakers. In addition, Prof. Dr. İsmihan Bayramoğlu, a faculty member of our Department of Mathematics, will take part in the event as the host speaker.
