Explanation :
We are pleased to announce that as the Department of English Translation and Interpreting at İzmir University of Economics, we plan to hold the "1st National Congress on Translation Studies" on June 27-29, 2024, at İzmir University of Economics, Balçova campus. Within the framework of the congress, oral presentations will be delivered in various topics, particularly focusing on the theme of "Culture and Translation Studies."
You can find the comprehensive list of topics and additional details regarding the congress on https://ucek24.ieu.edu.tr and submit your abstracts via the link in the "Bildiri Gönderimi" tab. The language of the congress is Turkish.
We kindly request you to fill out the abstract and short biography submission form by April 29, 2024. We also kindly ask that you do not change your paper title afterwards. Conference program, abstract booklet, and other arrangements will be made based on the information provided in this form.
Following the congress, a Congress Abstract E-Book with an ISBN number (online) and a book consisting of selected works (printed) will be published.
