The Designs of the Department of Industrial Design are exhibited in Furniture Fair
Academicians and students from Izmir University of Economics Faculty of Fine Arts and Design Department of Industrial Design and Departments of Interior Design and Environmental Design attended the 4th Istanbul Furniture Fair organized by Istanbul Fair and with the support of Association of Furniture Industrialists.
The students that prepared designs for the project “If you were a chair...?” have designed chairs appropriate to their personalities by being inspired from themselves. In the project that instructors Aslı Çetin Yıldırım, Eda Tezcanlı and Ertan Demirkan made the project execution the students abstracted their characteristics, which they believed that best defined themselves and turned them into a product.
The Project is made with the participation of the students; Begüm Ok, Belma Yüksel, Cemile Nazli Gönen, Duygu Kanbul, Ebubekir Sıddık Erdoğan, Irmak Yiğit, Meriç Şener, Oktay Batuhan Balabanuluğ, Onur Ali Altın, Rafet Murat Dede.
