DRAMA IN EDUCATION
Izmir University of Economics Continuous Education Centre (EKOSEM) Trainer Sedef Uzgören’s new book titled “Drama Practices in Education” has been published by Nobel Publishing House.
Sefer Uzgören teaches Drama and Practice Techniques, Plays, Screenplays, Series, Radio Plays, Dramatic Writing at EKOSEM. She expressed that drama techniques can be used at preschool to university level and they have a long lasting effect on learning of students.
Sedef Uzgören stated that, “I wanted to introduce concepts of acting and information and principles of teaching and learning with a definitive method based on human nature. At the same time, I tried to present the dynamic structure of theatre and drama with methods based on scientific and artistic principles.”
