Support Scholarship / Discount Application Announcement for Continuing Students
Applications for the Support Scholarship / Discount, administered by the İzmir University of Economics Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports, will open for continuing students as of August 20, 2026.
Students who wish to apply for the Support Scholarship / Discount must send an e-mail expressing their request to sksm@ieu.edu.tr. Students who submit an application request will receive the application form via e-mail to complete.
After completing the application form, students must send the completed form together with all required supporting documents in PDF format and in a single e-mail to the same address.
Application Requirements
Students applying for the Support Scholarship / Discount must:
- Have been continuously registered as an active student for at least one academic year prior to the application date,
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00,
- Have no failed or non-attendance courses,
- Have no disciplinary penalty.
In addition, applicants are required to document the financial and/or personal difficulties they are experiencing with official supporting documents. Situations that cannot be documented will not be considered in the scholarship evaluation process.
Applications that do not meet these requirements or are submitted with incomplete documentation will not be considered.
Application Schedule
- Application Dates: August 20, 2026 – August 31, 2026
- Announcement of Results: September 9, 2026
The results will be communicated to students individually via e-mail.
Application Steps
- Send an e-mail expressing your request to apply to sksm@ieu.edu.tr.
- Complete the application form that will be sent to you.
- Send the completed form and all required documents, in PDF format and in full, to the same e-mail address.
