ECONOMISTS ARE MEETING IN IUE
Izmir University of Economics is preparing to entertain Euro Conference 2011 which is one of the most interesting conferences around the world. IEU is going to host almost 150 Turkish and foreigner guests between 27 – 30 June in order to discuss global crises effects.
Euro Conference 2011 is an important social science’s event organized by EKOLIDER and it is going to bring together all famous economists. EKOLIDER’s director Asst. Prof. Hakan YETKINER noticed that this organization is not of considerable interest only for IUE but it is also an amazing event for Izmir city, as some of the participants are Vice Rector Jürgen Von Hagen from Bonn University who has more than hundred academic articles, Prof. Josef C. Brada from Arizona University and bureaucrat economists from the important associations like IMF, World Bank and TCMB the organization is going to stimulate Izmir.
Conference will last 3 days and the participants are going to evaluate global crises effects on the market and on Turkey’s economy. For Euro Conference 2011 4 important academic magazines will make a special publishing. The conference is supported by VOB, TUBITAK, and TCMB.
