Explanation :

We are pleased to invite you to the “Horizon Europe Programme Information Day,” jointly
organized by İzmir University of Economics and TÜBİTAK, to be held on December 11, 2025,
with the participation of R&D stakeholders in our region.
The aim of the event is to inform researchers, academicians, industry representatives, and
other relevant stakeholders about the ongoing and upcoming project calls under the Horizon
Europe Programme conducted by the European Commission, to raise awareness regarding
national and international project applications, and to encourage potential collaborations.
Within the scope of the program, expert speakers from TÜBİTAK will deliver presentations on
the following thematic areas: Health Cluster (Cluster 1), Culture, Creativity and Inclusive
Society Cluster (Cluster 2), Digital, Industry and Space Cluster (Cluster 4), Climate, Energy
and Mobility Cluster (Cluster 5), and Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and
Environment Cluster (Cluster 6).
These presentations will provide detailed information on the project topics currently open for
applications and/or planned to be opened, the call processes, application conditions, and
support mechanisms for each cluster.
The event will be held in person at the Conference Hall of İzmir University of Economics, A
Block, starting at 12:30 p.m. Participation is open to all researchers, academicians, industry
representatives, and relevant stakeholders.

On December 12, 2025, between 09:00 and 12:30, one-on-one meetings will be held at the A
Block Conference Hall exclusively for İzmir University of Economics researchers, with the
relevant TÜBİTAK Horizon Europe experts.
