IUE STUDENTS PRACTICING AT ITK PRESCHOOLS

'Well-Established Institution'          

Prof. Dr. İlgi Şemin, Director of IUE Vocational School of Health Services, who gave information about the protocol, said that they wanted their students to have hands-on training. She said, “This protocol will allow our students to have hands-on training at ITK Private Preschools. They will be able to put their theoretical knowledge into practice.”

Prof. Dr. İlgi Şemin reminded that ITK Private Schools were one of the well-established education institutions in the city, and IUE students practicing there would allow them to enter work life well-equipped. “Our students will have an opportunity to get to know children well. They will learn about many topics such as how a pre-school operates, parent-teacher-staff communications, etc. firsthand. IUE Vocational School of Health Services, Child Development Program lecturers will also provide academic support to preschool teachers. This way they will support in service training of the teachers,” said Şemin.

Burçin Bozok, Coordinator of Preschool of ITK Private Schools, met with students of IUE Vocational School of Health Services, Child Development Program as part of the protocol.
