Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yurt said that students had a chance to compete in two categories; general and technological. The students were expected to create entrepreneurship ideas that would provide support to regional and national productivity, development, and employment. Yurt said, "IUE students proved that they were also successful in meeting the expectation of developing innovative ideas. I would like to express my gratitude to the whole team.”
Damla Aktan, one of the trainees in Afyon stated that they attended such organizations with enthusiasm and continued to say, “Prof. Dr. Murat Adıvar, Vice Rector of IUE, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Öznur Yurt, Director of IUE EKOGIRISIM supported and encouraged us to enter this competition. Such organizations at the University are increasing every day and are being owned by students.” Ilteriş Peker, also one the participants, stated, “I am very glad to have my graduate degree studies at a university where entrepreneurship is supported greatly. We are far from a standardized education. A different educational approach as this one feels like sailing towards new continents for a great adventure.”
