A SAMPLE PROJECT
Asst. Prof. Betül Öztürk, Director of IUE School of Applied Management Sciences, stated that they have started the ‘E-Chef’ project for the first time and emphasized that they have achieved a unique work through digitalization, which is the requirement of the age. Asst. Prof. Öztürk said, “By combining the digital world and the world of gastronomy on the same platform, we created our own online chefs. With the pandemic, the 'digitization' process has speeded up considerably. Institutions now focus on online projects, regardless of their field. Such projects will increase even more in the coming periods. I think the 'E-Chef' project we started is an example in the field of gastronomy.”
AN OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS AS WELL
Asst. Prof. Öztürk stated the following: “Thanks to the platform called E-Chef, you will find answers to all your curious questions about the world of gastronomy and gastronomy education. Everyone will easily have access to the information they want about something related to gastronomy. We will offer an important opportunity to prospective students who want to study gastronomy to learn whatever they can think of. 'E-Chef' is not just about asking questions. We will also plan special events with surprise guests until August 14.”
