Students Demonstrated Their In-Flight Cabin Skills at "Cabin Crew on the Ground, Everything in the Sky"
The Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program at the İzmir University of Economics Vocational School held its annual "Cabin Crew on the Ground, Everything in the Sky" event, providing students with the opportunity to demonstrate the theoretical knowledge and practical skills they acquired throughout the semester.
Held in the program's mock-up cabin classroom, the event featured demonstrations of essential cabin crew competencies, including safety demonstrations, emergency procedures, passenger welcoming, in-flight catering services, cabin announcements, and crew coordination. The event was attended by the university's administrators, academic staff, and administrative personnel, allowing students to showcase their skills in a realistic cabin environment.
Supporting the program's practice-oriented approach to education, "Cabin Crew on the Ground, Everything in the Sky"enabled students to transform their theoretical knowledge into practical experience while further developing the professional competencies required for their future careers in the aviation industry.
