Announcement Regarding Student Amnesty Law No. 7592
Within the scope of Temporary Article 85, added to the Law No. 2547 on Higher Education by the Law No. 7592 on the Amendment of the Higher Education Law and Certain Other Laws, dated August 9, 2026, students whose enrollment was terminated for any reason while studying at higher education institutions have been granted the right to return to their studies.
In this context, students whose enrollment was terminated for any reason, including those who withdrew voluntarily, while studying in the preparatory, associate degree, degree completion, undergraduate, and graduate programs of our University, as well as candidates who were placed in any program of our University but did not complete their registration, may benefit from this regulation, provided that they do not fall under the exceptions specified in the Law.

Those who wish to benefit from this regulation are required to apply to the University within four months from the date the Law came into effect.
Application Deadline: December 9, 2026
Following the procedures and principles to be determined by the Council of Higher Education (YOK), matters regarding the applications will be announced separately on the University's website.
