Final registration for domestic and foreign inter-institutional transfer
Final registration procedures for students, whose transfers in 2021 – 2022 academic year fall semester have been accepted, will take place on 14-15-16 September 2021. (Those who fail to register during these days will lose their right to register.)
Students, who are on the standby list, will be informed after 17.00 when the registration day of the students on the master list is over. The final registration date for the standby list is September 20, 2021.
Student numbers will be sent to your mobile phones as a message later.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
- Certified copy of the birth certificate (must be certified by the Notary or the local authorities.)
- 2 passport-size photographs (must be taken within the past six months, name-last name should be written on the back each photograph)
- It is mandatory to bring the originals of the documents uploaded during online application and the letter stating that there is no obstacle for transfer during registration.
- Medical Certificate (For Applicants of Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program)*
- Medical Committee Report (For Applicants of Civil Aviation Transportation Management Programs)** (to be obtained from the institutions authorized to issue the report.)
- Medical Committee Report (For Applicants of Paramedic Program) *** Enrolment in this program requires having a medical committee report that certifies that there is no physical or mental disability that would prevent from performing the requirements of the profession and /or duties required by the profession and having a driving license (B class) in order to graduate.
- The bank receipt verifying the tuition fee is paid.
The “Online Forms”, “Student Information Form”, and “Survey Form” available at https://oasis.izmirekonomi.edu.tr/site/login-registration address need to be filled out completely. An employee in charge of the registration procedure will be checking if the information is filled out accurately and completely on the system. Therefore, no printout is required.

Completing initial registration forms procedures screen will become active on Monday, September 13 after 13.00.
*CIVIL AVIATION CABIN SERVICES PROGRAM APPLICANTS
Applicants need to:
- Have no Criminal Records or Criminal Archive Record.
- Measure 160 cm-180 cm tall (for females) and weigh no more than 5 more or 15 kilos less than the last two digits of the height in centimeters.
- Measure 170-190 cm tall (for males) and weigh no more than 5 more or 15 kilos less than the last two digits of the height in centimeters.
- Have a clean bill of health to fly (need to submit a medical certificate stating their health meets flying requirements, taken from health institutions authorized by Civil Aviation General Directorate).
- Have no visible tattoos, wounds, etc. when wearing a cabin crew uniform.

In order for the students placed in these programs to be registered, the information that they have sufficient height and weight must be stated in the medical certificate.
CIVIL AVIATION TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM APPLICANTS
Applicants need to:
- Have no Criminal Records or Criminal Archive Record that will prevent them from getting an airport entry card,
- Have a clean bill of health (no hearing loss, vision loss, etc.) to perform the requirements of the profession and/or duties required by the profession documented by a medical committee report taken from a full-fledged hospital in the last 6 months.
PARAMEDIC PROGRAM APPLICANTS (AS OF 2020-2021 ACADEMIC YEAR)
- Have a medical committee report that certifies that there is no physical or mental disability that would prevent from performing the requirements of the profession and /or duties required by the profession.
- Have a driving license (B class) in order to graduate.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- If the prospective student to enroll has reached the age of 18 on the date of registration, a power of attorney must be submitted from a NOTARY so that the registration can be done by someone else (including parents).
- Uncertified copies of the documents required for registration or photocopies without the original are not accepted.
- Registration cannot be finalized with missing documents
- Those, who fail to register during designated dates, will lose their right to register.
- The University is authorized to take legal action against those, who registered through misstatement.
- Tuition fee for the first semester must be paid before the final registration takes place.
- Registration cannot be completed by mail.
FILLING OUT THE ONLINE FORMS
- Go to https://oasis.izmirekonomi.edu.tr/site/login-registration address on the University web site.
- Answer the questions asked to you correctly and completely in the window that appears before you.
- You will see some already filled in, and some empty information boxes. Make sure the existing information is accurate. Inform the registration official if there is a mistake or incomplete information when you go for final registration. Fill in the empty boxes accurately and completely.
- Do not use abbreviations for Mother-Father names on the forms. Write exactly as it is stated on your birth certificate. Again, please fill in birth registration information as it is stated on your birth certificate.
- You cannot go back to a form after you save it. Make sure you hit the “I Confirm the Accuracy of Information /Save” button after you check all the information on the form is correct and complete.

Izmir University of Economics tuition fees are determined by the Board of Trustees for each academic year. The University's 2021-2022 academic year tuition fees are listed above.
Tuition fees are collected in two equal installments. The first payment is made during the initial registration, and the second payment is made between the dates determined in the Academic Calendar before the spring semester course registrations.
Tuition fees can be paid at any branches of Yapı Kredi Bank with student Id numbers without having to pay for EFT/transfer fee or with a credit card via the University online payment system.
In case the entire year is paid in advance, a 3.5% discount will be applied over the second semester installment.
Credit Card holders, of the banks which the University has an agreement with, may pay up to 12 instalments depending on the bank terms (Axess, Bonus, Maximum, World, Ziraat, and QNB Finansbank (CardFinans).
Newly admitted students, who want to pay by credit card, will be able to make their payments to the Financial Affairs Directorate during the final registration process.
Tuition fees include VAT.
In the 2021-2022 academic year, newly admitted associate degree (2-year) students will pay the fee for the program they enrolled in for the English Preparatory Program (optional or compulsory).
