Reminders about laboratory usage for final exams
Computer laboratory No. ML-201 in Tesla building is prepared for our students who want to take the final exam on campus and it has been opened as of June 22. Within the framework of reservations, computers that are used and frequently touched areas are disinfected by our cleaning team.
Rules for Laboratory Use:
-
Students are required to wear masks as they set foot on campus. It is important that they do not remove their masks when they are in the laboratory. (Students who do not have a mask or want to change their mask can get support from the main security cabin.)
-
Computers in the laboratory are arranged in a way that respects the social distance rule. Students should act in accordance with the social distance rule on campus, in the waiting area and laboratory.
-
Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance of the laboratory. Students must wash their hands or use hand disinfectant when entering and exiting the laboratory.
-
The computers in the laboratory are numbered and they are allocated to our students directly. Each student must use the computer assigned to them in order to reduce the risk of contamination and manage disinfection procedures.
-
Students will be admitted to the campus 30 minutes before, and to the lab 10 minutes before the exam. At the end of the exam, they are expected to leave the campus.
-
Food and drink should not be consumed in the laboratory.
-
It is important that students dispose of personal hygiene materials such as masks and gloves in special trash cans on campus and all other wastes in general trash cans, and do not leave their trash in the laboratory or general use areas.
-
To minimize the risk of contamination, the air conditioning system is not operated in the laboratory. The area is constantly ventilated by keeping the windows open.
-
Students must make a reservation at least 3 days prior via the faculty they are affiliated with for laboratory use.
