SWEET COMPETITION IN LOGISTICS
The members evaluated each project one by one and said that they would have hard times while choosing the winners of the finals. IUE Department of Logistics lecturer Prof. Dr. Tunçtan Baltacıoğlu and Asst. Prof. Burcu Özçam Adıvar were the coordinators and Asst. Prof. Özgür Özpeynirci, Asst. Prof. Muhittin Demir and Asst. Prof. Öznur Yurt were the advisors of the project.
IUE Department of Logistics Management students prepared 12 different projects with 10 companies in the scope of Logistics Applications in 2nd University-Industry Cooperation. In the event that took place in IUE Conference Hall, the project groups presented their projects for the jury made up of company representatives. In the opening speech, Project Coordinator Prof. Dr. Tunçtan Baltacıoğlu stated that the cooperation was a big step for the development of the sector and said, "With the implementation of the project, solutions for the problems of industry representatives will be found with young and dynamic view points. Besides, the companies will have a chance to know our students better. The doors of a bright career will be open for the successful students.”
