THEY CONQUERED THE HEARTS WITH THEIR DANCE
Engin Kıbrıslı thanked all the people who endeared Folk Dances and he presented plaquets to the biggest supporter of the team IUE Board of Trustees President Ekrem Demirtaş, IUE Rector Prof. Dr. Attila Sezgin, Secretary General Levent Gökçeer, Coordinator Nihal Durmaz, trainers Hakan Koçan and Teoman Dalcı, students’ dean personnel and the ones who worked in the preparation of the dances.
The night that started with the show of whirling dervishes continued with Zeybek, Fethiye, Halay, Anamur, Üsküp, Roman, and Caucasian shows. In the night, İzmir University of Economics Rhythm Club & İzmir Institute of Technology Rhythm Group & Konak Municipality Rhythm Atelier made rhythm shows too. İzmir Institute of Technology Folk Dances Group entertained the people with Aşuk-Maşuk Show. At the end of the night, the IUE Folk Dances Club members who will graduate this year received a graduation certificate.
