Mesci, who is also IUE Faculty of Communication instructor talked about the stories and creation processes of the slogans that still remain in our memory like ’Seramik budur’’, ‘’Ekmeğini elletme’’ ve ‘’Bira bu kapağın altındadır’’.

The colloquy that started with the mini parody of two students about advertising continued with the questions of the students about Haluk Mesci's life. Mesci had emotional times while watching the surprise interviews made with his wife, friends and partners by Hat Team students. He brimmed with tears when they mentioned about his childhood and youth memories. Mesci told how he became an advertiser while trying to be a bank employer in a humorous way in the night that his wife, son and friends attended.

Mesci stated that it was important to work hard as well as being skilful to be an advertiser and said, "I say it in my lessons too. Once a student asked “Should we do master's" and I said "It is not necessary". This is perceived as "Good advertiser does not do master's". But what I mean is it is more important to be in the job and reveal your talents instead of spending time while doing master's. I am also against taking part in competitions. This makes them a racehorse instead of developing them. If you are successful in what you are doing, you will get your award. A competition cannot be a criterion.”
