IZMIR UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS WAS AT LOGISTICS CAMP
Işık Özge Yumurtacı and Bengü Sevil, the research assistants from Izmir University of Economics Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Logistics made a presentation entitled “Turkey as a Bridge Country in Global Logistics World: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow.”
A Consulting Firm selected nearly 80 students from different universities to attend the camp. Ali İhsan Başöz, Esin Arıkan, Ezgi Aslan, Haldun Mehmet Dontlu, Mustafa Çetin, Sevda Dede, Seda Akdemir and Ece Yücetürk from Izmir University of Economics got the right to attend the camp. During the camp that Department of Economics research assistant Emre Can had also attended, the students had the chance to meet leading names of the sector personally. Students stated that the camp had been very successful and it was very beneficial, and they said that they would like to organize such an event in the future.
