FREE EDUCATION SUPPORT TO SME'S
With the collaboration of Izmir University of Economics Continuous Education Center (EKOSEM) and KOSGEB North Service Center Directorship free education is supplied to the SME. It is thought that nearly 500 enterprises are accessed with the education program enabling enterprises to complete their missing parts in many different fields.
With EKOSEM and KOSGEB collaboration 20 different education programs are presented to participants with the aim of making contribution to firms to catch competition advantage. By stating that such an education program is arranged for the first time in İzmir Asst. Prof. Yiğit Kazançoğlu goes on “With this scope and content we are arranging this type of education for the first time. The collaboration between KOSGEB and EKOSEM will go on in future, too. Volunteers who want to join the free educations can apply KOSGEB North Service Directorship and enroll for the programs.”
The subjects to be covered during education program are: leadership-group work, innovation in enterprises, crisis management in enterprises, problems in family companies and institutionalization, institution source planning, human resource management, education needs analysis, business process management and process rehabilition, production planning and control, production cost decrease techniques, foreign affairs procedures, government promotion in export, employee health and job security priciples, CE punctuation, energy productivity and applications in SMEs, E- business, E- trade and E- recycle, project preparation and management, strategic marketing and trade management and marketing management.
