RESULTS FOR INTER-INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFER APPLICATIONS BASED ON CENTRAL PLACEMENT SCORE
The University Administrative Board has evaluated and approved the following students who applied for transfer from other universities based on Central Placement Score in 2018 – 2019 academic year Spring semester.
The final registration for these students will be carried out between the dates of January 21-22, 2019. (Those who fail to register during these days will lose their right to register).

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
- Certified copy of the birth certificate (must be certified by the Notary or the local authorities.)
- 6 passport-size photographs (must be taken within the past six months, name-last name should be written on the back each photograph)
- Lack of a Criminal Record or Criminal Archive Record (For Applicants of Civil Aviation Cabin Services and Civil Aviation Transportation Management Programs)
- Medical Certificate (For Applicants of Paramedic Program, Civil Aviation Cabin Services and Civil Aviation Transportation Management Programs)**
- The original of the bank receipt verifying the first half of the tuition fee is paid
- The “Registration Application Form”, “Student Information Form”, and “Survey Form” available at https://odin-oasis.izmirekonomi.edu.tr/forms/index.php address need to be filled out completely. Below you can find information on how to fill out the forms. An employee in charge of the registration procedure will be checking if the information is filled out accurately and completely on the system.

Tuition fees payment process will begin 21 January 2019, after 11.00 a.m.
PARAMEDIC PROGRAM APPLICANTS:
Applicants are required to get medical certificate from state hospitals or university hospitals certifying that they have body type and mental health that does not hinder them from getting a drivers’ license (The height and weight of the student should be stated in the medical certificate.) The applicants need to:
- Be over the age of 17 at the time of registration since they will have to use vehicles in second year of the program,
- Be at least 1.65 m in height for male students and 1.60 m in female students,
- Weigh no more than 5 more or 15 less kilos than the last two digits of the height in centimeters (for example, for a 165 cm male, it will be 65+5 or 65-15),
- Meet the required physical terms in order to be able to carry a patient on a gurney with a teammate.
CIVIL AVIATION CABIN SERVICES PROGRAM APPLICANTS
Applicants need to:
- Have no Criminal Records or Criminal Archive Record,
- Measure 160 cm-180 cm tall (for females) and weigh no more than 5 more or 15 kilos less than the last two digits of the height in centimeters,
- Measure 170-190 cm tall (for males) and weigh no more than 5 more or 15 kilos less than the last two digits of the height in centimeters,
- Have a clean bill of health to fly (Need to submit a medical certificate stating their health meets flying requirements, taken from health institutions authorized by Civil Aviation General Directorate).
- Have no visible tattoos, wounds when wearing a cabin crew uniform.

Applicants need to submit a certificate from any health institution stating they meet the weight and height requirements in order to be able to transfer to this program.
Those, who cannot submit a height and weight certificate from any health institution, will be measured and weighed at the University Health Office, and then given a certificate.
CIVIL AVIATION TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM APPLICANTS
Applicants need to:
- Have no Criminal Records or Criminal Archive Record that will prevent them from getting an airport entry card,
- Have a clean bill of health (no hearing loss, vision loss, etc.) to perform the requirements of the profession and/or duties required by the profession documented by a medical certificate taken from a full-fledged hospital.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- In the event of prospective students not being able to apply in person, parents or third parties can carry out registration. If the student is a minor, mother or father can submit a copy of certificate of identity register, if the student is older than 18, Power of Attorney is required for registration even for parents.
- Registration cannot be finalized with missing documents.
- Those, who fail to register during designated dates, will lose their right to register.
- The University is authorized to take legal action against those, who registered through misstatement.
- Tuition fee for the first semester should be paid before the final registration takes place.
FILLING OUT THE FORMS
- Go to https://odin-oasis.izmirekonomi.edu.tr/forms/index.php address on the University web site.
- Answer the questions accurately and completely.
- You will see some already filled in, and some empty information boxes. Make sure the existing information is accurate. Inform the registration official if there is a mistake or incomplete information when you go for registration. Fill in the empty boxes accurately and completely.
- Do not use abbreviations for Mother-Father names on the forms. Write exactly as it is stated on your birth certificate. Again, please fill in the identity register information as it is stated on your birth certificate
- You cannot go back to a form after you save it. Make sure you hit the “Save” button after you check all the information on the form is correct and complete.

Students can make payments at any Akbank branches with their student id numbers without having to pay for transfer fee.
There is up to 12-month partial payment option (based on the terms and conditions of the bank) for the credit card holders of the banks that the University has an agreement with (Axess, Maximum, Bonus, World).
Those, who choose this option, can make their payment at Financial Affairs Directorate at the University during final registration.
